'Mitt does de Blasio': On USS Midway, 'Romney 3.0' talks income inequality

In a short speech to members of the Republican National Committee holding a reception on the U.S.S. Midway, Mitt Romney revealed what many in the press are calling Mitt 3.0. Stung in 2012 by a secret recording of his remarks about “the 47 percent,” Romney wasn’t waiting for the RNC convention for wife Ann to share stories of his work on behalf of the sick and the poor.
