Veto threatened if GOP 'mucks around' with president's executive actions on amnesty

The president who warned Congress that he has a pen and a phone has found a new toy in his desk now that Republicans control both the House and Senate: the veto stamp. CBS News White House correspondent Mark Knoller is confirming what most Americans already expected: the White House has threatened to veto any Republican effort to defund — or “muck around” with — his executive amnesty through the Department of Homeland Security funding bill.
