Deputy White House press secretary Eric Schultz said Tuesday that President Obama, on vacation with his family in Hawaii, would ask Vice President Joe Biden to attend the funeral of slain NYPD officer Rafael Ramos, ambushed and killed execution style on Saturday afternoon in Brooklyn along with his partner, Officer Wenjian Liu.
