Sen. John Cornyn's trusting, brave staff present boss with a badass whip [photo]

The GOP tsunami which has shaken up both the House and Senate has made Texas Sen. John Cornyn the majority whip, and thanks to his staff, he has the whip to prove it.

A new whip for my new job as Majority Whip from my great staff. #thoughtful #cantuseitatwork #persuasionworksbetter pic.twitter.com/9GB3IhL1zP

Man’s got a whip now. It’s a good reminder, though.

@JohnCornyn If only you could actually use it!?

@JohnCornyn – use it to stop exec amnesty, otherwise it's worthless, IMO.

Fortunately, #cantuseitatwork is a non-binding hashtag.

@JohnCornyn that's Great John but now that we got you bk in. Show us u can help stop the open borders & shut this Pres. Amnesty agenda down.

A hopeful sign?

POTUS proposed ex order not only unconstitutional, but anti-legal immigration. Those who played by the rules pushed to back of the line.

“Unconstitutional” would have sufficed, though.
