UC Berkeley plays host to one-man, pro-ISIS demonstration?

A one-man demonstration in support of ISIS at the University of California, Berkeley? That sounds very, very suspicious: we’d expect at least a few dozen faculty members to be there in solidarity. We do have a photo, though.
