This McDonald's tweet (and receipt) will make you admire Montel Williams even more

One of the schools that has been a beneficiary of Montel Williams’ emotional support is Chardon High School in Chardon, Ohio, where in February 2012 teen shooter T.J. Lane killed three and permanently paralyzed another. When Lane briefly escaped from prison this September, spreading panic in the community, Williams again tweeted his support to the school.

Williams has since become an honorary Chardon Hilltopper, sitting with the “Chardon Crazies” to cheer on the Toppers. His most recent visit included not only the game but dinner afterward.

Rumor confirmed:

The Instagram caption reads:

#TopperUp To the McDonalds I occupied w @chardoncrazies and @chardonhs last night, I promise I won’t ever do that again… Other Cleveland area establishments I make no promises — you never know when I might decide to do this… And yes, apparently it is possible to feed 100 teenagers at McDonalds for less than $400

It took a couple of days, but McDonald’s thanked Williams for the business.
