'The promise of hashtag' denied; Jen Psaki says Twitter is not how State conducts diplomacy

Twitter is not how the State Department conducts diplomacy? That’s sincerely good news to hear: we were a little concerned after the term “hashtag diplomacy” was coined to cover such State Department diplomatic efforts such as #TackleEbola, #UnitedForUkraine, and #UnitedForGaza (oops!). Could we please get confirmation on that quote?
