There was much ado about Paul Rudd (whom we like to think of as Stacey Dash’s co-star in “Clueless”) Monday morning as the actor’s name burned up Twitter for his part in helping take down a nut who attacked a man in a pink shirt at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

@vicenews best part: one of the people tackling the crazy guy was Paul Rudd

Based on a still from a video of the incident, many sites — Wonkette, Mediaite, and others — were convinced Rudd was a participant in subduing the man.

A representative for Rudd, however, confirmed to Time that no, it wasn’t him in the video. Still, it would be a shame to let a good hashtag like #PaulRuddSavesLives go to waste.
@SaraJBenincasa #PaulRuddSavesLives may be our generation's Bigfoot video.
