Flack formerly known as @PressSec now tweeting under new handle

He’s grown so unbearable much in the last three and a half years that it’s hard to believe he’s striking out on his own. As of today, though, Jay Carney is leaving behind his @PressSec handle on Twitter and taking back his own name.
