President Obama has already said that he’s “deeply concerned” about the crisis in Ukraine, so we’ll guess that’s where he’ll remain on the White House Concern-o-Meter; we don’t believe he’s ever gone higher. Chess champion and Human Rights Foundation chair Garry Kasparov is hoping for a little more, though.
Maybe here on Twitter we can suggest some alternatives to "concerned" for Obama on Ukraine. I would like to see "outraged".

@Kasparov63: It's not in Obama the man. He is thoroughly steeped in the leftist, academic vision of American & the world. He's an ideologue.

@Kasparov63 yes outraged about #Obama & his advisors incompetence! Lack of leadership and half ass measures against common bully

Will President Obama rise to the level of deep concern expressed by President Jimmy Carter?
"The Soviets must understand our deep concern." – Jimmy Carter after USSR invaded Afghanistan. (Although he did announce strong sanctions!)
