As Twitchy reported, Super Typhoon Haiyan (known as Yolanda in the Philippines) made landfall in the Philippines earlier today, bringing sustained winds of 195 mph and gusts up to 236 mph. Photos and video of the damage are beginning to be posted online hours later, and the images only hint at the power of the storm.
