Twitter isn’t the most swift when it comes to clamping down on death threats, although Capitol Police are reportedly looking into threats against Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and his family made over Twitter recently. In the meantime, all we can do is ask @Twitter to be vigilant, and to suggest that if your tweets can in any way be confused with Cher’s, it’s time to step away from the computer. Even Cher types in lowercase sometimes; behold:
