Another woman has stepped forward to accuse San Diego Mayor Bob Filner of sexual harassment, and she was accompanied at a press conference this afternoon by civil rights lawyer Gloria Allred. While Allred confirmed that she’s not filing suit against Filner on behalf of vocational nurse Michelle Tyler (yet), she urged the city to conduct an investigation — and to hang a warning sign outside the mayor’s office in the meantime.
.@GloriaAllred reaching for her warning sign for women. She's about to show it apparently.

Here it is. It says danger. @GloriaAllred reading: "Warning to women: Mayor is in his office. Proceed at your own risk."

What do you think of this #filner sign? Gloria Allred suggests it be put outside his office. pic.twitter.com/uscJWYkDfQ

Really? It’s a shame the skull-and-crossbones sign was so clownish, because the charges themselves were anything but. Tyler claimed she was harassed when she met with Filner on behalf a Marine injured in Iraq, who also attended today’s press conference.
A nurse, seeking help for her injured MARINE friend, was basically told to sleep with Filner or he wouldn't help. SCUMBAG ALERT.

There is an wounded Marine in tears describing Filner's behavior. I just don't see how it gets worse than that.

.@GloriaAllred: Filner wanted nurse to "fulfill his sexual needs if she wanted his help for deserving war veteran."
— Matthew T. Hall ??✊ (@SDuncovered) August 6, 2013
.@GloriaAllred: Ms. Tyler requested meeting in mayor's office. Meeting commenced about issues: a veteran's admin issue.
— Matthew T. Hall ??✊ (@SDuncovered) August 6, 2013
.@GloriaAllred: Then Ms. Tyler was alone after mayor asked people to leave. Mayor said she "was magnificent" and began rubbing her arm.

.@GloriaAllred: Mayor asked Mrs. Tyler if she was married. She said she was in midst of divorce. He said, "Good."
— Matthew T. Hall ??✊ (@SDuncovered) August 6, 2013
.@GloriaAllred: Filner said he would help +wanted Mrs. Tyler to spend time with her. Filner asked if she'd go to dinner if he helped Marine.

Tyler: Only reason to meet with mayor was to get help for VA issue with woman who served in Iraq.
— Matthew T. Hall ??✊ (@SDuncovered) August 6, 2013
Tyler: Shocked when mayor asked Marine to leave the room so he could meet me alone. Thought he wanted to ask me Qs about woman's injuries.
— Matthew T. Hall ??✊ (@SDuncovered) August 6, 2013
Tyler: I was stunned when we were alone to find out he suddenly changed the conversation from professional to personal.
— Matthew T. Hall ??✊ (@SDuncovered) August 6, 2013
Tyler: He made it very clear his help for Marine was "conditional" upon my going to dinner with him and spending time with him.

Allred says she’s talked to more women who have stories to tell. At the moment, Filner is facing only one sexual harassment suit.
.@GloriaAllred says she's not filing a lawsuit at this time. Will be speaking to sheriff's investigators at 2 p.m. today.
— Matthew T. Hall ??✊ (@SDuncovered) August 6, 2013
.@GloriaAllred says she's been contacted by more women. Won't say whether they'll publicly ID themselves. Urges women to call sheriff's.

If Bob #Filner truly used help for an injured US Marine as bargaining chip to pick up a woman, San Diegans need pitchforks and torches.
