Ambassador Samantha Power declares Libya 'great example' of getting results

Now that former U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice is helping ensure the safety of America’s embassies as our new national security adviser, it’s up to her successor, Samantha Power, to “push for reform, action, and solutions” in the U.N., and she’s certainly fired up and ready to go, with the backing of some high-profile celebrities.

What sort of solutions will she be pushing for in her new position? Ones that get results, like in Libya — you know, where armed al-Qaida terrorists stormed the consulate and murdered our ambassador and three others.

Speaking of results, 19 U.S. embassies and consulates in 16 countries, including the embassy in Tripoli, Libya, are closed this week due to serious terror threats. Someone’s getting the results they want in Libya and elsewhere.
