Awesome! Kirsten Powers continues epic Twitter battle against supporters of late-term abortion

Earlier today, Twitchy told you about the backlash Fox News contributor Kirstin Powers faced for questioning the heroism of Texas state Sen. Wendy Davis, who filibustered for nearly 11 hours Tuesday to prevent legislation restricting late-term abortions from reaching the floor for a vote. Davis’ newfound status as a feminist hero has won her plenty of airtime on this Sunday’s morning shows, but Powers hasn’t given up on her fight for the unborn.

No, Democrat Powers is not a medical doctor, nor is she a member of the “anti-science” Republican party. Still, she’s having trouble accepting the apparently settled science that the only difference between a baby and a “clump of cells,” embryo or fetus is that one is wanted and the other is not; take this hypothetical case, for example:

Even the big media have trouble getting these terms straight. According to the New York Times, the screaming and thrashing babies Kermit Gosnell was convicted of murdering were actually “fetuses removed from their mothers.”

This is getting a bit too scientific to follow, but we’ll do our best to keep up.

We’ve established that Kirsten Powers is rich, out-of-touch and anti-woman, but we’re still fuzzy on how a fetus becomes a baby, scientifically speaking.
