Weren’t we told that former FBI director James Comey was so meticulous that he would leave any meeting and then sit in his car taking notes on his laptop of what happened?
Comey apparently didn’t have his laptop with him Friday when he was questioned by the House Oversight Committee, as there’s a lot he didn’t recall.
Some factoids from the Comey interview. Comey said he "didn't remember" 71 times. "Didn't know" 166 times. "I don't recall" 8 times. Also, not a lot of discussion about Clinton's emails as Comey suggested in the hallway yesterday. Comey to return for a 2nd session on Dec 17

That sounds so familiar …
Sounds like the Hillary interview ?

James Amnesia Comey.

Sad , sad, sad day for Comey to be inflicted with memory lapses..such a young person to be inflicted with irreversible brain illness. Maybe before Dec 17 he will remember all of it.

He didn’t think to bring any of those reports or notes he said he likes to keep so he can recall things in detail like he did after meeting with @POTUS ? I hope he doesn’t forget about his 2nd session.

Isn’t he the guy with the photographic memory?
— Sarah DiGloria? (@SarahDiGloria) December 9, 2018
Why is he returning? Nothing will be different. Maybe this time 200 “I don’t recalls”

Good thing Trump fired him, he sounds too incompetent to run the FBI.

At this point Comey and his band of merry henchmen are laughing at us. Why exactly do we even bother? None of these people have ever been held accountable and never will be.

Hillary Clinton was mentioned 228 times
Russia investigation mentioned 24 times
So there's that!— ?we wondered why not? (@TyMurphy19) December 9, 2018
Sounds about right to us.
I doubt his memory will improve.

It's the TWO YEAR DISEASE (the same one that afflicted dude Tommy Vietor in Bret Baier's interview on #SpecialReport!) Government employment damages memories, clearly. pic.twitter.com/iPgRkr81kJ

According to Comey, he didn’t know the ranks, titles, or assignments of his direct report agents and lawyers.
I call BS.
I can remember the tax IDs, shield numbers, and details of partners from 20 years ago. Those are things you don’t forget.
— John Cardillo (@johncardillo) December 8, 2018
Yes, I’m reading it now, I’m just stunned at all the procedures he claims to have no knowledge of within his own FBI.
— Kemba George (@kembageorge) December 8, 2018
No laws against being incompetent. His lawyers told him to pull that.
— Larry Johnson (@lbjp73) December 9, 2018
.@Comey’s own testimony supports his firing. He knew nothing, saw nothing, and did nothing.
According to Comey, he collected a paycheck and was completely ignorant of the details of the most significant investigations going on at the Bureau.#Liar https://t.co/7GAi62faNj pic.twitter.com/9xOtMjCZ7l

BUT, he remembers the size of Trump's hands. Interesting.
