NBC6 in Florida had an exclusive interview with Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel. The clip that was posted online is rather shocking.

If you want to be a leader you have to be held accountable for your actions and the actions of the people below you…or in this case, the lack of action.

A good leader Leads when things are good but will also lead when things are bad. As their boss you are ultimately responsible for their actions whether they are good or bad.
