On Feb. 20, James Heidebrecht was tased and arrested on suspicion of trying to get past security to speak with GOP presidential hopeful Newt Gingrich, who was in Oklahoma. Police said Heidebrecht claimed he had important documents for Gingrich and that he was with the CIA. Surveillance video showed two officers dragging Heidebrecht by his legs, face down.
