In case you hadn’t heard, 11 states are suing the Obama administration over its decree that public schools must allow transgender students to use the bathrooms and locker room facilities based on the students’ chosen gender:

Now, this may come as a complete shock to you, but Sally Kohn is not happy about it. In fact, she thinks it’s downright “unconscionable”:
Hillary using private email server? Stupid.
11 mostly Republican-led states suing fed govt for the right to discriminate? Unconscionable!

Yeah … Sally, last time we checked, resisting a government directive that could potentially put young women in harm’s way wasn’t quite as unconscionable as brazenly — and unapologetically — putting our country at risk.
@sallykohn Stupid?! How about we don't know to what extent state business has been done worldwide bc she deleted the emails.

@sallykohn HRC put highly sensitive information at risk, and your response…tsk tsk “stupid”, but let’s shift the focus to the GOP

So maybe it’s time to cut the crap, Sally.
@sallykohn Sally. Sit down!
