As Twitchy reported, Hillary Clinton’s press secretary Brian Fallon did his best to spin the latest Hillary email bombshell. He failed miserably, of course.

But he may have inadvertently done even more damage than first thought:

Well, gosh. That sound you hear? It’s the sound of a giant can of worms being opened.

‘People may have died because of this’: Hillary email scandal just blew up — AGAIN

‘How do you sleep at night’? Hillary spox absurdly spins latest email bombshell

  • Michelle ✓classified

    Uh. BWHAHAHahahahahaHAHAHAHAHahahahaha.

    • BlahBlah

Well to be fair he could always say that he was told to say that and that he never actually read them. But then who told him? Hellary? Huma? Hummary?

      • Michelle ✓classified

Any comments about the sensitivity of classification should come directly from Hills as to avoid any accusations her staff read them. She really is sofa king stupid. I strongly suspect she allowed staff to read those emails. Question them all under oath now.

        • BlahBlah

Oh of course. I am just saying what his response would be. She will naturally throw anyone under the bus.

          • Michelle ✓classified

Seems to me they’re volunteering to jump down in the path of the bus. #NotACult

          • Frustrated Teacher

Pile of them under that thing isn’t there???

          • Michelle ✓classified

            And climbing.

        • Rogue Cheddar

And to think they’re grooming their spalpeen, Chelsea, to folly in her footsteps, because it’s going to be her turn as well.

        • davecross ✔sedated

Her personal attorney had a thumb drive full of email in his office. He never had a security clearance and was forced to turn the thumb drive over to the FBI.

        • rick

She’s not stupid. She just has every reason to believe she can get away with it.

    • Don Reed

“Fallon” has become an adjective for “STUPID.”

      • DeplorableMessMan ✔ JesseMessy

Umm, nope, not exactly stupid. Fallon in fact knows that the kind of people who’d vote for Hillary “don’t think as far ahead” as do we & the tweeters above…Fallon’s BS is for the low-info crowd to eat up, as is his lamely blaming the Intel community (“usual suspect” and “easy target” and “lowhanging fruit”) for #PoorHillary’s predicament.

        • Michelle ✓classified

Going with your theory, then yes…he truly is stupid. If he’s contructing his comments for the low info voters, he’s doing it at the risk of coming under investigation himself and digging Hillary’s hole deeper.

          • Arttie the Deplorable

Falloneous impersonation of a smart guy.

          • DeplorableMessMan ✔ JesseMessy

Umm, going with your theory, Fallon still ain’t stupid, for as I told “Cumiadom” on the Liz Warren thread…Congressman Gowdy may be the one doing the investigation (and doing it admirably), but the investigation won’t be acted upon since we keep forgetting whose in charge of the DOJ (the only ones who actually get to “indict”. #RealityBites.

          • Michelle ✓classified

Gowdy isn’t the one doing the investigation. The FBI is investigating the matter and he’s staying out of their way. His part in this is regarding Benghazi, the investigation has since been expanded to locating any/all classified emails on her server.

          • DeplorableMessMan ✔ JesseMessy

My mistake then, it’s the FBI’s gig, you’re right…But it’s still Obama’s FBI, meaning they’re just looking busy without intending to act on the results of their investigation, as Fallon seems to know. The rule-of-law doesn’t matter to an FBI-head who’s an O’Crony.

          • Roto ✓Intentionally Left Blank

Actually, the investigation is being done by the National Counterintelligence Policy Board under 50 U.S. Code § 3381. Under § 3381 part (e), the FBI investigates the “Coordination of counterintelligence matters.”

          • Don Reed

            Hi, Bub. How goes things?

        • Don Reed

You have, and I mean no insult at all and forever more, underestimated the ability of these people to get tangled up in the overhead telephone wires, once dramatized by Charlie Chaplin in film. much to his advantage, but not enough to keep him out of trouble with the authorities who could ascertain the birth dates of the lady standing next to him while they were being wed.

          • DeplorableMessMan ✔ JesseMessy

Since the authorities who can ascertain anything are still under Obama’s authority, I don’t think I underestimate anything.

    • raydrnayshon

One hopes he’s not an “embedded” spokesperson. Because oversharing with the “embedded” gets the DOJ all riled up. Pissed off Mrs. Petraeus, too.

    • rogleecam

      Ruh Roh!

  • Dwayne Mountain Dew Camacho

One might say…he has “fallon” into a trap!

Edit: Ill go ahead and delete my account now

    • Suzyqpie

Sorta like caught in a trap….
      We can’t go on together.
      With suspicious minds.
And we can’t build our dreams.
      On suspicious minds.

He was pretty good at singing those love ballads, wasn’t he?

    • Hotlanta Mike

      He’s fallon and can’t get up…

“And how would you know that. . .?”

    • DwellsInFire

Nobody needs to actually watch the Planned Parenthood videos to know that they’re fraudulent… Reality is irrelevant when it comes to liberal thought.

  • WilliamAmos

Again before he started working for Hillary Brian Fallon worked for Eric Holder at the DOJ.

    • Eva_Galley

      A professional minion.

    • BlahBlah

      Well then.

    • Rogue Cheddar

The Clintons and Obowmao’s administrative family tree is a tomato stake.

OT sorta, I like dailycaller. The site froze the iPad every time. Better now?

  • MarciaTheMurkyMuse? Variegated

Brian dear, the word is “adamAntly.” Adamantly. Got that? Sorry to be a nit-picking pedant, but you *are* posting for the Smartest Woman in the World, after all.

    • Rogue Cheddar

      AdamAntly? This begets this!

      • Deplorable Member Berry

I should have known that good ol’ Adam and the Ants would be making an appearance! “Don’t drink, Don’t Smoke, what do you do?”

      • cut it out

Hard to believe that was 34 years ago. Jeez! I feel like a dinosaur.

        • Rogue Cheddar

You think that’s bad, I was there for Elvis and Beatlemania! That means I was part of the primordial ooze before there were dinosaurs.

    • Newportcarl

‘Could you repeat the word’? Could you use the word in a sentence’?
      ‘Adamantly’. I A M S C R E W E D

  • Victoria Richardson

Hillary Clinton and her Campaign team are blaming The Intel Community for the over classified emails. Hillary Clinton is desperate and it is showing. She knows she broke the law.

    • Eva_Galley

      If she’s breathing, she’s breaking a law.
      She just can’t help herself.

  • edshultzsux

Good news!!! My pallet of popcorn just arrived!!!!

    • Grumpy

      Let the good times roll!

      • Don Reed

        Bee infestation.

    • Tessa from Texas

Are you going to share? I think we are all ready to watch the show.

      • Don Reed

This is really going to be a good show.

    • Russ

I’ll bring the butter and grated parmesan, if you’ll share some.

      • Tessa from Texas

I knew there had to be other popcorn, butter and parmesan fans out there! And this show might even call for a few sprinkles of cayenne pepper–things may be heating up.

        • Russ

          Oh, yesssss, add the cayenne!

  • Maxgoof

I say again, Hillary is really bad at running for president.

    • vetgal1970

She’s not so hot in the ‘human’ department either. Just bad all around

      • MarciaTheMurkyMuse? Variegated

Her hubby and King Stampy have already demonstrated that “human” is not necessarily part of the job description.

  • FaithColeridge33

He should probably be looking for a new gig. Unless inmate 90977 is going to need a spokesman.

    • Russ

As far as HRC is concerned, he’s expendable. After all, he can’t even spell adamantly correctly.

  • Kevin Giltrud

    Question for Hills’ Spox:

And your Security Clearance Level is WHAT, again???!!!!

Don’t try to run. The FBI has Dope Sniffing Rhinos. So you’ll only die messy… And tired!

    • Arttie the Deplorable

He may be getting a case of the runs instead.

  • Acuda4me ✓Please!

These underlings better watch out, ’cause Queen Cackles will happily throw them under the bus.

    • Tessa from Texas

It is getting pretty crowded under that bus.

      • Newportcarl

Yeah, I gotta agree. ‘Under the Scooby Van’ is full up too

  • Tessa from Texas

Poor guy–all of you are just treating him so badly. He knows what he says is true because Killary told him so! What more proof do you people want–I mean really, if you cannot trust her, then who can you trust?!

  • dumbolcountryboy

    TREASON is, duh, TREASON!

  • Rogue Cheddar

Brian is probably right about them being overly classified, between Bill Clinton’s administration and now Obowmao’s, I’m pretty sure China and Russia have everything they need from us, I mean, what could possibly be left that is still a secret?

  • Duane Savage

Overclassified..probably happened during the over-redaction process.

  • SnarkyGCat

Brian Fallon must be Jimmy’s cousin, ’cause his tweets are gettin’ funnier by the hour!

  • Rogue Cheddar

    Fallon gellin like a felon!

  • marcus tullius cicero

…It follows the result of the Clinton’s bull shite!

  • Sanchez

Clinton wants the emails released because even she does not know what was not wiped like with a cloth from the hardware.

How much more apparent can that be? She has no clue what the FBI has dug out of the multitude of servers they have taken form multiple sources.

    • Russ

Eh, it’s lip service. She’s pretty sure those particular emails will never be released, so it costs her nothing at this point to bluff. Except for things like integrity, dignity, etc., which never meant anything to her, anyway.

      • Sanchez

If you don’t believe her attorneys are working up a defense right now….. This is huge. No higher a compromising of national security since the Rosenberg’s.

        • Russ

Oh, of course they’re scrambling. She knows this is deep doo-doo, but the face she shows the public is totally an Alfred E. Neumann “What, me worry?”

          • Sanchez

It has hit critical mass. It won’t be long.

          • Russ

I hope you’re right. I’ve thought the same thing for months.

          • Arttie the Deplorable

The fhit hitting the san, finally.

  • Sanchez

The Clinton Foundation has invested in this company heavily.

So far a $100,000 investment has grown to $1,000,000.

  • Dan Abbett

Fallon’s reaction is kinda like the reaction in the Burger King advertisement. “10 nuggets for $1.49!”

  • thedeplorableblonde

I hope Brian checked “Accessory After the Fact” as a vacation option.

  • Paul Engemann

    Ru Roh!

  • Anthony

Are these the emails Hillary and her staff deemed unimportant and worth of deleting? How many people have seen these emails? And we’re any of them foreign donors to the Clinton Foundation? Just a thought.

  • DanG

After reading the emails, a Secretary of State might legitimately decide that they were overclassified. But remember, she would not have even seen the emails until after her underlings, at her command, illegally transferred them from a secure device to her unsecure server.

    • Roto ✓Intentionally Left Blank

She could only declassify information that was originally made classified by the DoS — E.O. 13526 Sec. 3.1. Authority for Declassification (b) Information shall be declassified or downgraded by — (1) the official who authorized the original classification, if that official is still serving in the same position and has original classification authority…

  • JunkMonkey

As much a comedy as this is becoming, one would think the spox was JIMMY Fallon.

  • honestAbesurd

    Yoga anyone?

  • interestedobserver2

I’m thinking the number of FBI agents assigned to this case just went up by one or two — someone has to be tagged to start investigating Brian Fallon now…

  • Nos Nevets

True, she can’t prevent it from hitting her inbox.
But is there a positive duty to report receipt of such material from someone w/o clearance on an insecure medium?
Is there a positive duty to not retain it?

Those aren’t rhetorical questions. TIA for the legal answer.

  • iVillageIdiot

Whistling past the graveyard is a particularly perilous venture when you’re doing it through a minefield.

  • bifski

is this the point where they LITERALLY shit themselves?

  • CaptDMO

Well, you see, nothing he had access to was LABLED classified, Top Secret, etc….
And besides, If they were “stored” privately so as to avoid that pesky FOIA sunlight for SPECIAL gub’mint folk, then they COULDN’T have been deemed …um….sensitive.

  • Vindicated

    “I was just following orders…”

  • Jerry Shelton

That ‘D’ after her name has got to be sliding, there is now way she can walk away from all of this.

  • rick

My money’s on C)Both-he read them AND he’s lying.God only knows who else has read them.

  • Conserv_58

It’s patently obvious that the canklesorous’s camapign spox’s are just as inept at keeping secrets as she is. You can count on the fact that the Russians, Chinese and Iranians know what’s in those ultra top secret e-mails that were sitting in Hildabeast’s unsecured along with her’s and her closest adviser’s private Blackberries.
