Has Jim Webb already had it with the Democratic Party? It kinda looks that way.
Webb is reportedly considering switching gears:

Eh, close enough.

From The Hill:
Democratic presidential candidate Jim Webb will consider an independent bid for president amid protests by the candidate that the Democratic Party rigged last week’s debate for Hillary Clinton.Webb’s campaign emailed out details to a press conference for Tuesday at the National Press Club with the subject line “Jim Webb to consider independent run.” During last week’s debate, he only had the chance to speak for 15 minutes compared to about 30 minutes for Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders, according to NPR.“It was rigged in terms of who was going to get the time on the floor by the way that Anderson Cooper was selecting people to supposedly respond to something someone else said,” Webb told an audience last week at an event for the Council on Foreign Affairs.

So Jim Webb may ditch Dem run for POTUS, run as an independent. Hmm.

I'm honestly not sure which party's chances (if any) a Jim Webb independent run would be more likely to hurt

@JimWebbUSA considering an independent run!! Good for you! !

Jim Webb considering an Indy run. That would make this even more interesting, I guess, if only a little.
— McLizbuddie (@lizbuddie) October 19, 2015
what is jim webb even doing at this point
— ross (@tallyhalls) October 19, 2015
Jim Webb is a very serious policy candidate and a good man but come on don't run as an independent, suspend your campaign!
— Michael Hagerty (@MTHagerty) October 19, 2015
An independent run for Jim Webb wouldn't be … that bad of an idea.
He's a good guy & much too smart for either major party.
— Yo (@yo60640) October 19, 2015
So Jim #Webb is demanding attention again, threatening to run as an independent. Taking his 1% or whatever and going home.
— Ellen (@EllenMignone) October 19, 2015
Jim Webb thinks the Democratic Party has moved too far left over the Obama era, and he'll prove it by netting only GOP votes in an indie bid
