It really is puzzling. And by “puzzling,” we mean “not even remotely puzzling.”

Great questions. This sort of thing definitely doesn’t inspire trust in the TSA.
“Just a curiosity,” huh? Is that what the excuse TSA’s going to give the owner of that luggage?
