‘Completely a racket to steal your money’! FNC’s Adam Housley goes off on L.A. parking meters

OK…so in order to make changes…we gotta call em out. Stay with me here…yesterday we went to park on a curb in LA..

several spots were open but the digital meter was flashing "please wait". Clearly is wasn't working & there was no meter anywhere in sight

I have a pregnant wife. I call the number on the meter for "broken meters" and told "well you can park there, but you'll still get a ticket"

#onlyinLA does the digital parking meter NOT work and I am responsible enough to call, but still liable. Why have a service number then?
