‘Another line’? Did the Obama admin just warn Russia ‘not to do what Russia has already done’?

Earlier today, Secretary of State John Kerry warned Russia that intervening in Ukraine would be “a very grave mistake.” This afternoon, fellow clown Jay Carney doubled down on the paper tiger diplomacy:

What would constitute Russian "intervention" in Ukraine? Carney declines to "speculate" or "frame" the meaning of the term.
