Welp, that’s it, folks. Pack it in. Oliver Stone says that Venezuelan television doesn’t really censor voices opposing the government. Can’t argue with an expert, right?

In a shocking (read: not remotely shocking) turn of events, Stone took some heat for his assertion. Which really, really hurt his feelings. Not only were people attacking him, but they had the gall to say mean things about his precious socialist paradise:

All he’s trying to do is spread the truth — as he sees it in his delusional little mind.
