Now that he’s finished watching “The Monuments Men,” President Obama finally has time to address the situation in Ukraine. Today at a summit in Toluca, Mexico, he issued what he probably figured was a pretty stern warning to the Ukrainian government:

The strongest possible terms? Hardly.

What an absolute joke. Why would any country take a clown like him seriously?
