As Twitchy reported, Dems were conspicuously silent after Rep. Alan Grayson sent his despicable fundraising email comparing the Tea Party to the KKK. But today, Missouri Sen. Claire McCaskill finally spoke out … sort of:
Grayson's email with burning cross and hateful analogy was flat wrong. Count this as my condemnation.

Strongly worded. Or something.
Some were grateful for that McCaskill, unlike so many of her colleagues, at least acknowledged that Grayson was wrong:
Thank you. RT @clairecmc: Grayson's email with burning cross and hateful analogy was flat wrong. Count this as my condemnation.

@clairecmc @seanagnew Thank you. Wish more Democrats would echo your words.

But for others, her “condemnation” left a lot to be desired:
Underwhelmed. RT @clairecmc: Grayson's email with burning cross and hateful analogy was flat wrong. Count this as my condemnation.

Maybe she should try again:
@clairecmc @BecketAdams Claire, try this: "I catagorically condemn this hatwful analogy by Alan Grayson (D-FL)". See?
