This afternoon, Joe Biden took his creepy smirk with him to La Crosse, Wisc., for a campaign rally. He was introduced by outgoing U.S. Senator Herb Kohl:

Evidently, Biden’s smile has quite the effect on Kohl, who went weak in the knees just thinking about it. Meanwhile, we’re not sure what’s so alluring about Joe’s pearly whites.
