Leonard Nimoy is just saying: He'd make a better 'Idol' judge than Mariah Carey

As Twitchy reported yesterday, Mariah Carey has officially joined “American Idol” as a judge. That’s left a bitter taste in Nimoy’s mouth. Who knew Spock harbored a secret desire to sit on a talent show judging panel (or that he can be easily bought)?

That’s a reasonable explanation. But “Idol” producers would be passing up a golden opportunity here.
