Chef and cookbook author Mollie Katzen is probably best known for the celebrated vegetarian Moosewood Cookbook.
It’s probably for the best, because otherwise she’d have to be known as the lady who sobbed after being overcome with emotion over voting for Elizabeth Warren.
We wish we could say we were joking, but who in their right mind would openly share something as embarrassing as this with the world unless they thought it was a good thing?
Whew – did not see this coming.
When I filled in the circle for @ewarren at the polls just now, I started to cry. Sobbed all the way home.
Still a mess.

omg! ME! I did not realize how badly I want this. For her. For us. For my daughter. I felt this way when I voted for Obama. Proud, anxious, excited, hopeful, and emotional!!!!

I feel you, and trust me you are not alone. I have never wanted someone to win this badly in my whole life! pic.twitter.com/pabwjk9aOR

I have cried on multiple occasions thinking about how smart, prepared & kind she is and how much I want her to be our president. I'm buying a Warren sweatshirt this month so I have a part of this campaign no matter what happens. Volunteering for the campaign has been incredible.

I get it. I was crying last night because she may not win any states. It hurts so much that someone so phenomenal is getting treated as badly as any other woman who sticks her neck out.

Poor Liz. She doesn’t deserve anything less than the presidency after everything she’s been through.
I can understand. I hope you feel unburdened.

Wish it were that simple

I did that after voting for Hillary. And I am sure I will do it today. Chokes me up for the opportunity to vote for an awesome woman ??

She's been so erased
— Mollie Katzen (@MollieKatzen) March 3, 2020
So erased!
In the three hours since I (reluctantly) posted this, hundreds of women have responded saying they are having the same experience. My god, what we keep inside…https://t.co/ThmqlO5UXU

If you’ve been holding in anything but laughter, you might want to see a psychiatrist.
