CNN’s Chris Cillizza won’t call out Sherrod Brown for baselessly accusing racist Republicans of stealing the Georgia gubernatorial election from Stacey Abrams, but when it comes to talking smack about the GOP, he’s got all the time in the world:
Republicans lost 35+ House seats and the majority.
They just elected the same leaders who led the House over the last few years.
Which shows how much everyone in Congressional GOP believes Trump is fully to blame.

Another brilliant take there, Chris.
Other than a new conference chair and a new NRCC chair and the Speaker not returning, this is 100% accurate. https://t.co/uuHeEAFBk2

Chris Cillizza isn’t one to get hung up on the details.
And the Dems are poised to re-elect the same Speaker that lost them the majority for 8 years, so…

Cool.
Now do the Democrats when they lost 63 seats. https://t.co/CdHSRhITxn

Now do dems after their 2010 disaster?
— Kevin McCann (@McCann_Kevin1) November 14, 2018
Who was Speaker of the House when Democrats lost 65 seats in 2010? https://t.co/6ZgzqrcHKu
— RBe (@RBPundit) November 14, 2018
"Why didn't Republicans get rid of their leadership," they ask, while House Democrats still have the exact same leadership team that lost the House in 2010.

Now do Nancy Pelosi's recent tenure. https://t.co/3usiN9Mzln
— Doug Powers (@ThePowersThatBe) November 14, 2018
I remember when the democrats kicked Nancy Pelosi out after she lost the majority in a historic wave.
— Antonio Martinez (@djtechchicago) November 14, 2018
Nancy Pelosi was promoted from House Democratic Whip to Minority Leader when they lost seats in 2002 (as they did again in 2004). She's been there a looooong time.
— Dan McLaughlin (@baseballcrank) November 14, 2018
Does she not count, Chris? That’s awfully sexist of you …
One other point : I dare you to find a similar tweet from @CillizzaCNN after the 2010 or 2014 elections.
Then tell me again that he doesn't pick sides. https://t.co/CdHSRhITxn

For the billionth time: Chris Cillizza is a hack.
How are you so horrible at this
