Kelly Sadler, @WhiteHouse aide who made the "dying" comment about Sen. John McCain, no longer works in the administration, 3 sources with knowledge of the matter say- @NoahGrayCNN @Kevinliptakcnn @PamelaBrownCNN report

More from CNN:
In the aftermath of the comment — in which Sadler told a meeting that McCain’s opposition to CIA director nominee Gina Haspel didn’t matter because he’s “dying” — the White House refused to condemn her remark. She remained on the staff for nearly a month before departing.
Now that’s surprising https://t.co/VFY8rNZ1bQ

So, was Kelly Sadler’s comment about McCain the reason for her departure, or was it something else? According to CNN, the White House hasn’t yet responded to a request for comment. So it looks like we’ll have to wait and see.
I have no idea who this woman is but if she was fired for her McCain remark that's insane.
If everyone whoever said anything mildly inappropriate in private lost their job, no one would be employed. https://t.co/1MKpFMCgDx
