As Twitchy told you, CNN reported that actor Morgan Freeman has been accused of “inappropriate behavior” by eight women. Following the report, Freeman released a statement that clears things up. Or … not:
NEW: Morgan Freeman releases statement through spokesperson following report of alleged inappropriate behavior and harassment.

"Anyone who knows me or has worked with me knows I am not someone who would intentionally offend or knowingly make anyone feel uneasy. I apologize to anyone who felt uncomfortable or disrespected — that was never my intent." — Morgan Freeman response to CNN report

Morgan Freeman says he would never "intentionally offend or knowingly make anyone feel uneasy.” He is not denying any part of CNN reporting — just says if he made anyone uncomfortable, it wasn’t intentional > https://t.co/Rs3zphHqJz

Yeah … “I apologize if you were offended” is usually not the best way to go in these cases. Freeman may not be doing himself any favors here.
So did you do it or….?

For a lot of people, coupled with the lack of a clear denial, it’s evidence of Freeman’s guilt:
Guilty?
— K. (@TAB2RD) May 24, 2018
sounds like he’s guilty
— Kahlil Dozier (@kahlildozier) May 24, 2018
That's basically an admission of guilt
— Lukey T (@moltenbramley) May 24, 2018
This basically confirms to me that Freeman's guilty.

So he did it

Not denying it?? What a lame, disgusting response written by lawyers. #MeToo #TimesUp

One way or another, the truth usually comes out. Guess we’ll just have to stay tuned.
