As Twitchy told you, Ronan Farrow and Jane Mayer are out with an explosive new exposé in the New Yorker describing the alleged “violent physical abuse” of four women by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman. The details are disturbing and sickening, and they paint Schneiderman as a straight-up predator and monster.
The only thing that could possibly make Schneiderman look even worse? These old tweets from the guy who marketed himself as a warrior for justice and the #MeToo movement:
Doesn't matter who you are. Break the law, abuse your power & hurt New
Yorkers, & we will hold you accountable.

Let’s be real: The people who are trying to deny women reproductive rights are doing so in order to oppress and disempower women. 1/

And when freedom is denied for decades, when oppression is met with casual silence, you get 2017: an endless assault on women’s freedom.

And then … there’s this:
I'm old enough to remember when…

No, really. This is amazing — in the worst way:
Without the reporting of the @nytimes and the @newyorker—and the brave women and men who spoke up about the sexual harassment they endured at the hands of powerful men—there would not be the critical national reckoning underway. A well-deserved honor: https://t.co/h4QMPzEU5c

Seems pretty safe to say that Schneiderman never thought he’d be part of the “critical national reckoning.” Did that tweet come back to bite him or what?

Resign … and maybe step away from Twitter for a while. Before you get yourself into any more trouble. This was from just last week!
The strength of our democracy is sustained by a free and unfettered press. I am grateful for the journalists who work every day here in New York and across the globe to hold those in power to account. #WorldPressFreedomDay

Welp.
We're going to need a bigger irony meter. https://t.co/T6O4YuOXaN

We’re not sure there’s one big enough.
No one is above the law, and I'll continue to remind President Trump and his administration of that fact everyday.

Oh, lawdy:
A year before Roe v. Wade, I graduated from high school, went to Washington DC, and got a job working in an abortion clinic.
I learned an important lesson at a young age.
If a woman does not have the right to control her own body, she is not truly equal. She is not truly free. pic.twitter.com/pSHOeNReHr

No words. We’ve got no words. So maybe just some advice:
