Minnesota GOP candidate Leslie Larson got the full artistic treatment in her driveway. She’s running for the state House in a competitive suburban district on a platform of basic competence: restore trust in government, stop the bleeding of tax dollars, and put families ahead of the perpetual grift.
Minnesota has spent years as the national poster child for industrial-scale public fraud. Hundreds of millions vanished from child nutrition programs. Estimates for Medicaid and related social-service schemes climb into the billions. Convictions keep rolling in while Democrat leadership mostly shrugged and promoted the same people who oversaw the mess. Enter a local mom who talks openly about honesty, waste, and results. Suddenly the midnight paper-hangers appear.
Midnight paper-hangers who are apparently too stupid to see the CAMERA RECORDING THEM.

She is running on a platform of ending fraud in Minnesota. The fraudsters are clearly afraid she’s going to win, so they are trying to intimidate her.

And hilariously stupid.
Security cameras caught the brave defenders of progressive values scurrying around her vehicle like extras in a low-budget heist movie, carefully applying their sophisticated political statement. This is the same crowd that lectures everyone else about “threats to democracy” and “civility.” When a candidate threatens to follow the money, the response is anonymous middle-finger wallpaper.
Note: we can't be sure they're Somali, but if they're not, they're working really hard to make us think they are. Ahem.

Clearly, Larson is considered a real threat in a district Republicans need if they want to flip the state legislature. The message from the driveway artists is clear: keep quiet about the fraud, or else. Minnesota taxpayers, meanwhile, are still footing the bill for the scandals. If this is the best intimidation the status-quo defenders can muster, Larson should take it as a compliment.
The receipts are already out there — now the middle fingers just confirm who is nervous about them being read.
