I saw the screenshots from that little virtue-signaling post she dropped and couldn’t stop laughing, especially since she has me blocked. Crazy, right? Who would ever block lil ol' me?

There she is, doing her best “I’m one of the good ones” routine on the Bluesky crowd, and she slips in the phrase “identifies as.” Boom—instant pile-on. Apparently that’s not the approved terminology anymore. The rules changed while she wasn’t looking, and now using the old progressive-approved lingo gets you roasted by your own side.
This is peak left-wing absurdity. They spent years demanding everyone adopt “identifies as” as the polite, enlightened way to talk about gender stuff. Then one day they decide it’s problematic, outdated, or whatever new crime against the revolution they’ve invented, and suddenly you’re a bigot for using the exact phrase they shoved down everyone’s throats. It’s like watching someone get canceled for quoting yesterday’s talking points.And the funniest part? The same people who scream about “respecting language” and “lived experience” are the ones constantly rewriting the dictionary to keep everyone on their toes. One minute it’s “cis,” the next it’s something else. Use the wrong word and you’re a monster. Use their word too long and you’re also a monster. There’s no winning because winning isn’t the point—control is.
I’ll be honest, I’ve stopped trying to keep up. Every time some new activist decides a perfectly serviceable phrase is now hate speech, I just grab the popcorn.
Mia Farrow learned the hard way that even the most reliable virtue signalers aren’t safe when the purity spiral kicks in. The rest of us? We should probably just keep using normal English and let them eat their own.
It’s cheaper than therapy and way more entertaining.
