Sleepy Joe Biden brags to pundit that he can’t wait to debate Trump … but totally forgets pundit’s name (ha!)

“I can hardly wait to debate him on stage. We’ll see see who’s sleepy,” Biden says of Trump on Fox News Sunday, before mistakenly calling Chris Wallace ‘Chuck’.

“No, this is Chris,” Wallace says
