The Left is super excited about New Zealand, mainly because they have decided to ban guns and to censor videos and books because of the Christchurch shooter. Notice how supportive Democrats are of limiting the rights of innocent people who had nothing to do with the shooting in the first place.
And notice Jesse Kelly dropping them all with one simple tweet about liberty and the Constitution.
New Zealand banning guns, censoring videos, and censoring books in the wake of a mass shooting is exactly why you should be grateful for the American Constitution. Reactionary politics crush liberty. And it’s why Leftists despise the Constitution.

Remember when Obama called the Constitution a barrier? Good times.
And cue the trolls …
Also why we can't have nice things and New Zealand can.

In America we just sit back relax and do absolutely nothing so blessed.

Have you ever visited NZ ?
— @luvnpeace (@julesandpeeby) March 21, 2019
What does that have to do with anything in this tweet?
I agree but hey don’t forget to mention the Right likes to pick and choose what liberties are OK 😉 pic.twitter.com/Rmj5nBbuHt

Which government entity in NZ is censoring books? I’d love to see a link if that’s possible.

Or she could just Google it but we digress.

Such a giver.
I consider myself a conservative when it comes to politics and I agree with a lot of what you guys in the US say. But I will never understand the American obsession with guns. I am happy NZ have followed Australia in banning those particular weapons. #welldonenz

It’s not an obsession with guns but an obsession with the fundamental and inherent right to defend oneself and one’s family.
But hey, what do we know?
You are full of crap. They banned semi auto rifles, not all guns. One private seller decided not to sell a book. It is called free market capitalism. The seller has the right not to offer the book. Don’t retweet BS. Stick to what you know.

Shriek shriek shriek!
You were making a reasonable point. Too bad you felt obligated to get silly by tagging it with "it's why Leftists despise the Constitution." That's simply not true-but I guess your audience wouldn't be satisfied if you failed to follow up a smart comment with some red meat.

If we rolled our eyes any further back in our head we’d see behind ourselves.
