Why on Earth would panic be setting in among legal Hispanics over deportations?
— The Hill (@thehill) February 11, 2017
Only illegal immigrants need worry about such things and predominantly at this point, only illegals who have committed felonies. But yeah, gotta get those clicks and reads, right The Hill?
Shameful & irresponsible headline. Only illegal immigrants get deported. Stop purposefully confusing the issue. https://t.co/haKwkk6wwG
— Richard Grenell (@RichardGrenell) February 12, 2017
And exactly. Not only is this “outlet” looking for clicks, but they’re also trying to twist reality to fit their silly agenda which to Grenell’s point is shameful and irresponsible.
Bad headline, folks.
@thehill not this Hispanic or in my family because parents came here legally so no not all Hispanics

@thehill Hispanics? I'm not worried because I'm legal and Hispanic. What is wrong with you guys.
— Proa24 (@proa24) February 12, 2017
@thehill There's no panic. Legal Hispanics aren't worried. ILLEGAL Hispanics may be worried because they're criminals, but not ALL Hispanics.
— Lisa (@lisaindunedin) February 11, 2017
@thehill you mean illegal aliens who have no right to be here in the first place?
— Conservative🇺🇸♓ (@joshuawoodz) February 12, 2017
@thehill That many are criminals who have broken laws besides being in US illegally? Imagine law enforcement actually enforcing laws. Wow!
— DebMcA (@mddebm) February 12, 2017
Imagine that! Gosh, we kinda sorta want criminals to panic, right?
@thehill You mean Hispanics who are here illegally, of course. Not U.S. citizens of Hispanic decent. Big difference!
— Patrick tomlinson (@Wndrvn) February 12, 2017
Of course The Hill knows the difference, they just didn’t want to put that in their headline because then … no story. And really there is no story, just a crap headline.
