As you know, the Supreme Court heard arguments on Wednesday in the case against President Trump's executive order doing away with birthright citizenship. Now we have people claiming that President Donald Trump's children, Ivanka, Eric, and Donald Jr. all became citizens through birthright citizenship. They're so ignorant on the subject that they could replace Ketanji Brown Jackson on the Supreme Court, and no one would notice.
Seems like a good day to remind everyone that Trump’s ex-wife Ivana wasn’t an American citizen until 1988. She gave birth to Don Junior in 1977, Ivanka in 1981, and Eric in 1984. — Let’s cancel their birthright citizenship first.

Yes, April Fool's Day seems like a good day to make this point. Andrea Junker describes herself in her X bio as a "strong voice against Trumpism."
You're an idiot.

'Birthright Citizenship' only comes into play when NEITHER parent is a US citizen.

Did you really not know that?
Trump, the father, has always been a US citizen you absolute turnip.

Dad was a citizen and she had legal status. Y’all are batshit crazy

She was a legal resident married to a US citizen.

Seems like an even better day to remind you that Trump, an American citizen, is their father..

Their father is a US citizen. Do you even think before you copy-paste that drivel?

Took the time to look up their birthdays but not how birthright citizenship works, not surprised
— Nacho Dog (@NachoDog) April 1, 2026
Their father was a US citizen at that time therefore they were citizens too. Birthright citizenship only comes into play when neither parent is a citizen. But you already knew that and just want to incite the stupid and easily influenced to raise outrage didn’t you?

A) Farming for engagement
B) You're truly this stupid
It sounds like a bit of both. There's no way to "cancel" the birthright citizenship of Trump's children.
