Who does he think he is, Roger Clemens?
(No, not like that.)
But in a very Clemens-ish, post-Memorial Day way, three-time All-Star pitcher Roy Oswalt is expected to sign with a team this week.
The Los Angeles Dodgers have already made an offer to the 34-year-old, but the Texas Rangers remain the favorite.

#Brewers checked in on Roy Oswalt but apparently he wanted more money than they have in budget for half a season. So, they are out on him.

#Dodgers have made an offer to Roy Oswalt. It's for three years from 2004-2006. #Astros

Smart move. He's the best available FA. RT @tbrownyahoo: The Dodgers have made an offer to Roy Oswalt.
