Russell Brand basking in the magnificence of Alec Baldwin

Russell Brand is doing the usual post-film actor thing, with the promotional tours and interviews where the product is hyped, and fingers remain crossed that it ends up a hit.

This time around, he’s also been sending high praise to “30 Rock” funnyman Alec Baldwin.

Both Brand and Baldwin will be featured in “Rock of Ages,” the 80’s-inspired rock musical that has had a successful run on Broadway. And by the sound of this tweet, it seems like Brand developed a bit of a bro-mance for the only Baldwin that’s been able to stay relevant through the decades.

How cute.

“Rock of Ages” will be released June 15th, 2012. Put your acid wash jeans on, hurry up and grow a ponytail (or just buy a clip-on), and get to rocking.
