That’s right. As Twitchy reported, Clift made the moronic and despicable suggestion that Ambassador Stevens wasn’t murdered in Benghazi. He just died of smoke inhalation, guys!

Speaking of Mary Jo Kopechne, here is a Clift flashback: Remember when Eleanor Clift wrote that she was “willing to measure the benefits that Kennedy brought to countless people through his politics, and give them proper weight on the scales of the man’s record.” Leaving a woman to die? No big whoop! You know, because of all that sweet, sweet lib policy from Ted Kennedy.

Vile, thy name is Eleanor Clift. So why would she say such a thing about Ambassador Stevens and Benghazi? Because of course she would.
