Stomach-turning.
As Twitchy reported, the Gosnell judge dropped multiple charges against abortionist Kermit Gosnell yesterday. He reversed one of his own decisions today, but tossed out another charge.
Members of the media were flabbergasted as to how one of the charges could have been dropped.
After judge acquits #Gosnell of several murders, media puzzled over "Baby C" which breathed 20 min before office asst snipped neck.

A baby was born alive and, according to testimony, fiercely fought for life. Desperately struggling to take his first, and ultimately last, breaths. For twenty minutes.
He had no loving touch, no warm arms embracing him as he saw his first view of the world, while gasping for breath.
He was then tossed aside like trash.
The monstrous Gosnell?
Smiling.
And it’s not the first time. First-hand reports from the trial indicate it is a common occurrence.

During horrific testimony, Gosnell sat smiling in courtroom. @SteveVolk's report on trial of Philly abortionist http://t.co/EaR0Ncd7Sa

At defense table, Kermit #Gosnell sits hunched, scribbling, steel-rimmed eyeglasses set upside down on open medical text. Looks up. Smiles.

Despicable. Speaking of despicable, an Associated Press writer found nothing wrong with his smile. In fact, she repulsively found the monster quite “elegant.”

No words. Newsbusters had more (emphasis theirs):
Gosnell, an elegant man who appears serene in court, smiled softly as he listened to testimony last week, even that of a young woman who said she was hospitalized for two weeks after a 2009 abortion.
Smiled.
@frfrankpavone #gosnell: 93,600 babies painfully ripped apart. Why is Gosnell always smiling? Bit of a monster wouldn't you say?

Sickening. RT @jdmullane: After Judge Minehart's acquittal rulings, Kermit #Gosnell smiling, chatting with his lawyer rest of day.

Indeed.
May justice prevail in this case. A reminder: Those babies will never smile. Their lives were snuffed out before they ever had the chance.
