Bingo! But when has that ever stopped The One? Last night, in a pre-Super Bowl interview with CBS’ Scott Pelley, President Obama said that the Boy Scouts of America should open its membership to gays and lesbians.

President Barack Obama says the Boy Scouts of America should open its membership to gays and lesbians when its national executive board discusses the issue this week.
Obama praised the scouts as “a great institution” that promotes young people, giving them lifelong leadership training and opportunities. During a pre-Super Bowl interview on CBS, he said “no one should be barred from that.”
The Boy Scouts announced last week it was considering replacing its longstanding ban on gays with a policy to let troop sponsors make their own decision on the issue.
And,to the video tape, if you can stomach it:

Regardless of one’s stance on the Boy Scouts and gay scoutmasters, how is this something in which the President of the United States should insert himself? But, hey, it’s not surprising coming from a man who inserts himself into everything, always. Including the histories of other presidents and historical figures and events, like Rosa Parks, Neil Armstrong, and Pearl Harbor.
All. About. Him. You must all wait with bated breath for his alleged thoughts on things like the Boy Scouts, head pats for Sandra Fluke, whether or not police “acted stupidly” and the recent NFL refs fiasco.

Obama, leave the Boy Scouts alone. It isn't your business to dictate to them about their polices. You don't listen when it comes to yours.

Should Boy Scouts be open to gays? Obama: yes, private institutions should no longer have the freedom to associate.
— Razor (@hale_razor) February 3, 2013
BTW, how the Boy Scouts run their organization is NONE of Obama's business. "Nobody should be barred" my rear.

Does he explain why it's his business? RT @BuzzFeedAndrew: Obama says that gays should be allowed to be in the boy scouts.

Todd Starnes brought up something else.
President Obama doesn't seem too keen on defending heterosexual men.

Media response? Sneer. Sneer like the wind.
Fox News radio host re:Obama saying boy scouts should allow gays RT @toddstarnes: Obama doesn't seem too keen on defending heterosexual men.

This adult man is afraid of gay boy scouts. –> RT @toddstarnes: President Obama doesn't seem too keen on defending heterosexual men.

What about this, lapdogs? If you are so intent on having President Obama insert himself into everything, why don’t you question him about this?
Shouldn't Obama also say Muslims should allow gays to be members of their mosques, like Boy Scouts should B open 2gays? http://t.co/68gggF4W

Of course, you won’t. It’s far easier to sneer at others instead, and to worship at the altar of multiculturalism. Journalism!
As for President Obama, who faux-praised the organization in his statist pandering attempt, here is a bit of advice for him:
