Governor Bobby Jindal (R-La.) took to Twitter to rightly slam FEMA and the Obama administration over their slow responses to Hurricane Isaac-related requests.
However, the limited declaration does not provide for reimbursement of expenses that the state is taking to prepare for the storm.
