Early voting begins today in Texas for the U.S. Senate run-off election. Sarah Palin, an early endorser of  candidate Ted Cruz, lends her support again in an effort to get out the vote.

From her Facebook page:

Texans have a clear choice in this race, and I encourage them to support Ted Cruz, a strong conservative fighter who will protect and defend our Constitution and not just go along to get along with the reckless spending of the permanent political class in D.C. The high-paid consultants of Ted’s well-funded opponent are in full panic mode and have plunged millions of dollars into false personal attacks against Ted meant to dispirit us and break our conviction.

As Twitchy reported, his opponent, David Dewhurst, has been sliming Ted Cruz with contemptible dirty tricks and it is just getting worse as Ted Cruz’s poll numbers rise.

Sarah Palin then went on to encourage Texans to get out and vote for Ted Cruz and sent others who cannot vote in Texas, but want to support Mr. Cruz, over to his campaign donation page.

Twitchy will continue to monitor this important election and will continue to bring you all the latest updates.
