The editorial board of Oregon’s largest newspaper The Oregonian has called on that state’s scandal plagued Governor John Kitzhaber (D) to resign. Kitzhaber’s staff and associates have reportedly been creating lucrative and highly influential positions for the Governor’s fiancée Cylvia Hayes. The Oregonian refers to the “apparently borderless world of public policy and private gain [Kitzhaber] and fiancée Cylvia Hayes exist.”
Hayes also made news recently with the revelation that she participated in a sham marriage with an immigrant for money.

The Oregonian knew about basically all of Kitzhaber's corruption issues when they endorsed him a few months ago. This isn't new.

Kitzhaber now has much bigger problems, but as a federal taxpayer I'm still pretty angry about that $305M for a failed state Obamacare site.
