What was probably a scheduled auto-tweet from the Netflix series “House of Cards” still drew some negative responses today. The tweet featured a callous reference to a character’s death in a “train tragedy” on the DC Metro. The timing couldn’t have been worse because someone actually did die on the Metro today due to a fire, as Twitchy reported earlier.
