We can’t find any video or audio of St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar stating that Michael Brown was fleeing or had his hands up when he was shot.
The official county autopsy (posted Tuesday night by the St. Louis Post-Disptach) casts a lot of doubt on the “sure facts” put forth by Kohn.
As far as we know, Kohn has yet to acknowledge her error.
